Our furnaces for this sector are engineered to deliver highly accurate thermal control and perfect repeatability ideal for those working with specialty steels, Damascus steel, high-alloy stainless steels, or composite materials. The models are available in various sizes and configurations, with the FT series, including FT LITE, FT230, FT300, FT400, FT550, FT650, and the more advanced FT PRO line.
The focus is different when it comes to furnaces designed for industrial applications and toolmaking. In this case, productivity, energy efficiency, and the ability to run intensive cycles are essential often within complex environments and with a need for integration into existing workflows. Whether it’s hardening, tempering, or annealing, our systems are built for continuous operation, ensuring reliable performance even under high-load conditions. The ME series covers these needs, with models like ME320, ME520, ME640, as well as the FT SPECIAL460 and FT SPECIAL600.
From a technical standpoint, every furnace we manufacture is based on a custom design. Thermal insulation is optimized to minimize heat loss, control systems are digital and intuitive, and user interfaces are designed to simplify the programming of heat cycles. Construction materials both refractory and structural are selected based on the operating temperatures, always with a focus on long-term durability and operator safety.
